1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on 89bd, depositing funds, or using any feature of the 89bd platform — including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, or fish games — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

3. Account Registration & Security

When you register an account with 89bd, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Verification (KYC)

89bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming standards. To withdraw funds or access certain features, you may be required to submit the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification card, passport, or national ID card.
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document dated within the last three months).

Account Security Obligations

You must notify 89bd immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 89bd will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

89bd supports fast and convenient payment processing through trusted Bangladeshi payment methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed on the platform at the time of the transaction.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are processed in real time subject to the availability of the relevant payment gateway. Supported deposit methods include:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• 89bd reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal of ৳20,000 or above.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

89bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The standard rollover is stated within each individual promotion.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants only. Each eligible user may claim the welcome bonus once. Duplicate accounts created to exploit bonuses will be terminated.

89bd actively monitors all account activity for suspicious patterns and reserves the right to report any suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities. Funds associated with prohibited activities will be forfeited without recourse.
